Privacy

The short version: I only collect what I need to send you what you asked for, and I never sell it.

What I collect

When you sign up for a guide, the newsletter or a waitlist, I store your email address, your first name if you give it, and which form you used (for example "waitlist: Crumb Diagnosis"), so I send you the right things.

If you book a paid service, I also keep what you send me for it, such as photos of your bread and details of your recipe. I only use your photos in public content if you explicitly say that's OK, and then anonymously.

How it's used

• To deliver the guide, newsletter or waitlist update you signed up for.
• To provide a service you bought from me.
• Nothing else. No selling, no sharing with advertisers.

Who processes it

Email addresses are stored with my email newsletter provider, and payments are handled by a payment provider acting as merchant of record. They process your data only on my behalf. This website itself uses no tracking cookies.

Your rights

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also ask me at any time to see, correct or delete the data I hold about you.
